OEM capture works for video but does not look like it includes sound. Easier Cap DC usbtv on Wimdows I have the software you mentioned Easier Cap DC usbtv and while it does produce both video and audio without problems, there is still an issue with the picture aspect using this driver.

There is no selection for If I change the aspect ratio, then it records audio only and will not record video. I downloaded both links. The driver you state are for Windows 8 are for Windows 7 and Vista. I need drivers for Windows 8. When I go to the manual driver 64Bit and click on the application nothing happens. You could also try the Compatibility Mode when using the software. So try to record even if you have not sound and check. Be carefull recording takes a lot of place on hard disk. I have never used the EasyCap to capture audio. Even when it works it has a poor dynamic range and lots of distortion. Much better to feed the audio into line in.
